Malta Bend woman hurt in Saline County crash

A Malta Bend woman was seriously injured Sunday evening in a single-vehicle accident in Saline County.
Shauna L. Berwaldt, 36, was traveling northbound on U.S. 65 highway near 280th Lane at about 5:31 p.m., when she lost control of her 2010 Deer Oak Gator and the vehicle overturned.
Berwaldt was transported to North Kansas City Hospital by Life Flight Air Ambulance.
