It was just more than 12 months ago that we were still digging out of the Snowpacalypse of 2011. What a difference a year makes.
Last February, mid-Missouri was buried under more than 20 inches of snow, which closed schools and businesses and brought most traffic to a standstill. While temperatures dipped a bit Friday and we endured some rain a few days ago, the past week by and large could easily have been confused for April. And from the perspective of those who tally snow removal costs, that’s a very good thing.
