4:25 p.m.: A laptop, valued at $650, was stolen from a residence in the 500 block of East Second Street.

1:52 a.m.: Victor E. Turley, 21, of Sedalia, in Pettis County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving and no seat belt.
