Feb. 11



11:35 a.m.: Sherwin D. Marshall, 37, of the 100 block of West Johnson Street, at South Osage Avenue and East Fifth Street, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


11:56 a.m.: David W. Baldwin, 59, of Springfield, in the 2100 block of West Broadway Boulevard on charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.


8:30 p.m.: Jesse R. Roberts, 22, of the 300 block of East Second Street, at East Second Street and South Massachusetts Avenue, on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.



Feb. 12



12:31 a.m.: Robert E. Mrazek, 23, of the 900 block of East Fourth Street, at East 16th Street and South Ingram Avenue, on a charge of receiving stolen property.


12:31 a.m.: Rachel M. Wirtz, 17, of the 1000 block of South Merriam Avenue, at East 16th Street and South Ingram Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.


1:40 a.m.: John L. Threlkeld, 38, of Lincoln, in the 800 block of East Broadway Boulevard, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

4 p.m.: A PlayStation 3 was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of West 16th Street.

2:37 a.m.: Joshua S. Thaller, 20, of Higginsville, in Saline County, on charges of possession of meth and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


2:43 a.m.: Edwin E. Gassen, 47, of Kansas City, in Saline County, on charges of possession of meth, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


4:11 a.m.: John T. Cavanaugh, 62, of Kansas City, in Pettis County, on charges of driving while intoxicated and a lane violation.


5:06 a.m.: Stephen K. Gardner, 56, of Sedalia, in Pettis County, on charges of driving while intoxicated and a lane violation.


5:16 a.m.: Priscilla L. Tatman, 32, of Sedalia, in Johnson County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and no insurance.


5:03 p.m.: Jeffrey L. Mulnix, 52, of Moberly, in Cooper County, on charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.


9:52 p.m.: Jeffrey P. Spencer, 53, of Gravois Mills, in Morgan County, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
