1:17 a.m.: Randice L. Young, 51, of the 1200 block of Liberty Park Boulevard, at his residence, on a charge of domestic assault.


10:36 p.m.: Amanda D. Ingave, 24, of Concordia, at East Ninth Street and South Emmet Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

3:16 a.m.: Karonda L. Fuqua, 33, of the 500 block of South Kentucky Avenue, at West Seventh Street and South Quincy Avenue, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.



Incidents


Jan. 16



Noon: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 1600 block of South Missouri Avenue.



Jan. 17



7:40 a.m.: Cigarettes and change were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1200 block of East Ninth Street.
