This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. The information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.
Sedalia Police Department
10:03 p.m.: Margaret M. Keele, 26, of the 1600 block of South Stewart Avenue, was arrested at South Limit Avenue and West 10th Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
10:31 p.m.: Jerry Jackson, 19, of Chicago, was arrested at West Second Street and South Prospect Avenue on a charge of animal abuse.
12:17 a.m.: Darren A. Morey, 17, of the 600 block of East Broadway Boulevard, was arrested in the 800 block of South Limit Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:31 a.m.: Dallas B. Carlock, 24, of the 1500 block of East Ninth Street, was arrested at East Sixth Street and South Montgomery Avenue on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to signal.
1:24 p.m.: A concrete saw, air compressor, hammer drills and stud gun, valued at a total of $2,600, were stolen from a construction site at Harding Avenue and East Harvey Street.
6:41 p.m.: $34.43 worth of gas was stolen from a business in the 2800 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
Pettis County Sheriff’s Office
7:57 a.m.: Several unspecified items, valued at $4,900, were stolen from a property in the 30000 block of Summers Drive.
1:51 p.m.: A TV was stolen from a residence in the 19000 block of Butterbaugh Ford Road.
8:10 a.m.: A mailbox was damaged in the 28000 block of Purchase Road.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
2:05 p.m.: Timothy R. Brake, 20, of Olean, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding.
