5:20 p.m.: Alvie R. Sutton III, 37, of the 1900 block of South



Montgomery Avenue was arrested at West Broadway Boulevard and South Osage Avenue, on a charge of driving with a revoked license.

2:19 a.m.: Jerry D. Raps, 42, of La Monte, was arrested at West 11th Street and South Grand Avenue on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

7:13 p.m.: Two duffel bags containing clothing and health products were found behind a business in the 400 block of South Osage Avenue.

6:57 p.m.: A hit-and-run occurred at West 16th Street and South Harrison Avenue.

5:59 p.m.: A vehicle was damaged while parked at a residence in the 33000 block of Dilthey Road in Nelson.

9:19 a.m.: Several fences were damaged with a tractor overnight in the 31000 block of Lee Road.

11:57 a.m.: Joshua B. Rosenstein, 23, of Pisgah Forest, Ga., was arrested in Saline County on charges of failure to signal a turn, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.



6:35 p.m.: Stacy L. Manning, 28, of Wheatland, was arrested in Benton County on charges of possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.



Aug. 23



12:08 a.m.: Scott A. Emery, 45, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road resulting in an accident.
