Jan. 18


9 p.m.: Dustin E. Bailey, 25, of the 800 block of East Sixth Street, near the intersection of Fifth Street and Thompson Avenue, on charges of driving while suspended and possession of marijuana.


Jan. 19


12:40 a.m.: Miguel Rubio-Marcos, 27, of the 2900 block of South Washington Avenue, near the intersection of 16th Street and Ohio Avenue, on a charge of driving while suspended.


Incidents


Jan. 18


8:33 a.m.: Three hunting knives, valued at a total of $50, were stolen from a truck in the 200 block of South Massachusetts Avenue.


1:20 p.m.: An assault was reported in the 400 block of North Park Avenue.


1:41 p.m.: Items were stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.

1:46 a.m.: $50 in damage was done to a garage in the 200 block of South Kentucky Avenue.

6:32 p.m.: John J. Kemmerer, 43, of Sweet Springs, in Saline County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.


Jan. 19


1:25 a.m.: Nathan R. Hiller, 25, of Houstonia, in Pettis County, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.


2 p.m.: Jacob A. Staton, 21, of Carrollton, in Johnson County, on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
