This list is a sampling of crime in Sedalia and the surrounding area. The information is taken from official police reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved in each case.
Sedalia Police Department
3:27 p.m.: Jessica R. Wise, 22, of the 6600 block of U.S. Highway 50, at East 16th Street and South Ingram Avenue, on a charge of driving with a suspended license.
11:52 p.m.: Patrick D. Grunick, 21, of the 1400 block of Air Park Road, in the 2100 block of South Limit Avenue, on charges of drag racing, speeding and no driver’s license.
7:30 a.m.: A window was shot out on a van belonging to a church in the 1300 block of West Broadway Boulevard.
9:15 a.m.: $19.93 worth of has was stolen from a business in the 1900 block of West Main Street.
9:59 a.m.: A vehicle’s right rear window was broken out in the 700 block of East Fourth Street.
4:15 p.m.: A tandem trailer was stolen in the 1000 block of East Ninth Street.
Missouri State Highway Patrol
1:55 p.m.: Sayler T. Dierker, 18, of Blackburn, in Saline County, on a charge of stealing.
1:55 p.m.: Terry J. Berwaldt, 37, of Waverly, in Saline County, on charges of receiving stolen property, possession of a meth and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
3:33 p.m.: Cliffotd L. Leckliter, 49, of Concordia, in Pettis County, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the road resulting in an accident.
9:56 p.m.: Scott A. Johnson, 23, of Ozark, in Henry County, on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of a synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
