Arrests


April 3



3:57 p.m.: Bruce L. Frizer, 26, of the 400 block of East 16th Street, at West 32nd Street and South Erike Drive, on charges of driving with a revoked license and resisting arrest.



April 4



1:02 p.m.: Nicholas G. Rowland, 30, of the 600 block of East 10th Street, in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard, on a charge of stealing.


9:04 p.m.: Marty A. Eillis, 24, of the 400 block of North Hurley Avenue, in the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard, on charges of forgery and displaying the license plates of another vehicle.


11:27 p.m.: Jeremy A. Bush, 32, of the 900 block of South Madison Avenue, in the 100 block of South Harding Avenue, on a charge of possession of meth.



Incidents


April 3



3:06 p.m.: A red and silver 26-inch Shocker bike was found in the 900 block of East Seventh Street.


11:08 p.m.: A chainsaw, circular saw, power tools and a wheel, valued at a total of $981, were stolen from a garage in the 3200 block of South Kentucky Avenue.



April 4



8 a.m.: Several items, including a child’s electric motorcycle, were stolen from the back yard of a residence in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.


8:42 a.m.: A residence in the 600 block of South Barrett Avenue was broken into.

April 5



1:46 a.m.: Joshua K. Gutierrez, 21, of Warrensburg, in Johnson County, on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
