Shayne Fisk, a senior at Knob Noster High School, is headed to Columbia for the Missouri State High School Activities Association State Speech Tournament at the University of Missouri this month.
Fisk, a member of the Talking Panthers forensics team, placed third in extemporaneous speaking in the district speech tournament on March 3 at State Fair Community College. He also placed seventh in original oratory.
