The Smith-Cotton JROTC Raider Team competed on Sept. 29 in Des Moines, Iowa.
Capt. Shelbi Davis led the black team. They placed first in the 10-kilometer road march, second in physical fitness testing and biathlon, fourth in one-rope bridge and took third overall.
