Matt Roehrs, of Sedalia, was one of eight representatives from the Delta Omicron Chapter of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at Westminster College in Fulton to represent the chapter, which was honored as one of the top 10 chapters in the international fraternity.
Delta Omicron received the Hugh Shields Award for Chapter Excellence, which is the highest award a chapter can receive.
