Rick McBride, of State Fair Community College, has received the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. The award, which was presented by the Missouri Community College Association, is given to the top community college teachers in the state each year.
Marsha Drennon, SFCC president, accompanied McBride as he accepted his award, which included a proclamation from Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon.
