Optimist Club announces winners

The Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club conducted their annual Oratorical Contest on March 13 at Best Western State Fair Inn under the direction of local attorney, Randy Sparks.

Riley Garner was the first place winner. He is a junior at Smith-Cotton High School.
