Each year the Otterville yearbook class selects a person who has been employed a minimum of five years with the district and shows dedication to Otterville students.
The 2012-13 yearbook dedication went to Tammy Watring. She has worked in the district for 12 years. She is the daughter of Jack and Patsy Wittman and wife of Travis Watring. They are two children, Justin Wittman and Whitney Watring.
