Marilyn Bernice Starke, of Kansas City, formerly of Sedalia, received a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia on Dec. 15. She graduated magna cum laude.
She is an honors graduate from Green Ridge High School, State Fair Community College and Stephens College in Columbia, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
