Michel Keirsey, a 2012 graduate of Tipton High School, has received the Medical Careers Scholarship from the Bothwell Regional Health Center Foundation.
Keirsey has been accepted into the six-year baccalaureate-doctor of medicine program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He plans to later pursue a residency in surgery.
