Kreisel receives Smithton ag honor
Hannah Kreisel, of Smithton High School, was recently presented with the school’s highest agricultural honor, the Dekalb Agricultural Accomplishment Award, sponsored by Monsanto Co.
Kreisel, the daughter of Dan Kreisel and Laura Thomas, received the award for excellence in academics, leadership and agricultural work experience. She has held various leadership positions within the chapter, participated in career development events and was the first four-year member of the Smithton FFA.
