Jurgens to graduate from Colorado high school

Jonica Ann Jurgens, of Centennial, Colo., will graduate from Eaglecrest High School on Thursday at the Ritchie Center at the University of Denver.

In high school, she was the class president her freshman and senior year. She was a member of the French Honor Society, senator and core officer for DECA and member of First Priority Group. She also was a counselor at the Lutheran Valley Retreat Camp in Colorado.

She plans to pursue degrees in English and secondary education at the University of Northern Colorado.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Jurgens, of Centennial. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Keller, of Aurora, Colo. She is the great-granddaughter of Viola Kueck, of Sedalia, and the late Marvin F. Kueck. She is the great-niece of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wenig, of Sedalia.
