In this, the final candidate profiles, we will discuss health care, energy and federal spending with the primary election Libertarians Herschel Young and Randall Langkraehr, candidates for U.S. Representative District 4.Herschel YoungYoung was born and raised in Cass County. He served as Lake Annette City Alderman for eight years and was elected Presiding Commissioner of Cass County in 2010. He was removed the following year because of a felony second-degree assault charge stemming from 1995.
