The Kaysinger Conferece Baseball Tournament begins Saturday, April 22 at Cole Camp and Lincoln.

Defending tournament champions Sacred Heart are the sixth seed, and open the contest with a play-in game against No. 11 seed, Otterville in Lincoln.

The Gremlins or Eagles advance to play third-seeded Windsor.

Tipton and Stover have a 9 a.m. start in Cole Camp in a battle between the eight and nine seeds. Winner faces top-seeded Northwest at 1 p.m.

Lincoln, the two seed, faces the winner between No. 7 Green Ridge and No. 10 La Monte 11 a.m. at home.

After seven games Saturday, Lincoln and Cole Camp host the semifinals and consolation bracket, respectively, Monday, April 24.

For a shot at a tournament four-peat, Sacred Heart must win two games Saturday. That path goes through Windsor, who played Lincoln to a 4-2 loss on Tuesday. The Gremlins lost to Lincoln by 20 on April Fool’s Day.

Tipton or Stover can dethrone the top-seed and last season’s runner-up, Northwest, with an upset Saturday. The Mustangs 10-runned Tipton on Monday and have yet to play the Bulldogs.
