EDMOND, Okla. — Two Jennies set career highs in scoring as 10th-ranked Central Missouri used a big first-half lead to hold on for an 87-75 road win over Central Oklahoma on Thursday. Juniors Keuna Flax and Quinnecia Twine scored 30 and 24 points, respectively, setting career highs.

Nicole Caddell recorded her ninth double-double of the season, recording 15 points and 11 rebounds.

The Jennies (18-2, 10-2 MIAA) held a 51-30 halftime lead, but the Bronchos (8-12, 1-11 MIAA) closed to within seven after Chelsi Dennis’ 3-pointer made it 74-67 with six minutes to play. The Jens then went on a 13-8 run to close out the win.
