Junior Legion baseball: Sedalia goes 1-2 at state

Rick Ball Ford couldn’t solve Daniel Boone at the Missouri Junior Legion Baseball Tournament at Blue Springs.

Daniel Boone Post 262, of Weldon Spring, beat Sedalia Post 642 Auxiliary 7-2 in the first round on Thursday. Sedalia recovered to beat West Plains 7-3 on Friday morning, but Post 262 struck again with a 15-6 win over Sedalia in an elimination game on Friday afternoon.
