Northwest beat Smithton 52-43 in Kaysinger Conference play on Tuesday at Northwest.

The Mustangs led 12-6 after the first quarter, 24-20 at halftime and 34-29 heading into the fourth quarter before outscoring Smithton 18-14 in the final quarter.
