Osage used a 16-7 run in the second quarter to beat the Warsaw Wildcats 42-30 in a Tri-County Conference girls basketball game on Monday at Osage Beach.

Warsaw trailed 7-4 after one quarter but Osage pulled away to take a 23-11 lead into halftime.

Mackensie Wallace scored 13 points for Warsaw. Erica Weaver added eight.

Isabel Morris led Osage with 20.

“Osage used their size advantage on the inside, feeding Morris all night,” said Warsaw coach Matt Dove. “Warsaw doubled down on her, but she was able to power through.”

Warsaw (4-15, 1-3 Tri-County) will visit El Dorado Springs at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
