The Knob Noster Lady Panthers outscored the Lexington Minutewomen 21-6 in the second quarter Monday night en route to a 48-15 victory in a Missouri River Valley Conference East girls basketball game at Knob Noster.

The Lady Panthers held quarter leads of 9-5, 30-11 and 42-12.

Kelsey Beasley paced Knob Noster with 20 points. Rachel Palomo had nine points and Mickalah York had eight.

Lexington won the junior varsity game 27-25 in overtime.
