Boys prep soccer: Smith-Cotton 2, Oak Grove 0

Luke Rosendale scored in the 12th minute to give the Smith-Cotton Tigers a 1-0 lead Friday, and Jacob Lamb tallied an insurance goal in the 76th minute in the Tigers’ 2-0 season-opening win over Oak Grove.

Zack Volk and Jacob Carroll each had one assist in the first round of the Smith-Cotton Soccer Invitational.
