Iowa Western’s men’s basketball team outscored State Fair 42-32 in the second half to beat the Roadrunners 79-67 in a nonregion game on Tuesday in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
The Roadrunners led 13-8 early before Iowa Western fought back to take a 37-35 lead at halftime.
