Kelsey Beasley scored her 1,000th career point Thursday night, and the Holden girls basketball team beat the Knob Noster Lady Panthers 56-49 in overtime.

Holden outscored the Lady Panthers 17-10 in overtime  to win the Missouri River Valley Conference East matchup in Knob Noster.

Holden led 12-11 after one quarter. The Lady Panthers were on top 19-17 at halftime and 27-26 after three quarters. The score was tied at 39 at the end of regulation.

Beasley finished with 19 points for Knob Noster. Mickalah York added 14.
