Girls junior high basketball: Lincoln finishes 2nd

The Lincoln Lady Cardinals placed second in the Kaysinger Conference junior high girls basketball tournament Saturday in La Monte.

The Lady Cardinals (14-1) opened with a 38-27 win over Green Ridge on Feb. 12. Seana Hansen and Sloan Swearngin paced Lincoln with 14 points each. Annabelle Brauer led Green Ridge with nine points.
