Prep boys basketball: Northwest 49, Stover 37

Northwest hit free throws to pull away in the fourth quarter and beat Stover 49-37 in the W-K Kaysinger Conference boys basketball tournament on Thursday at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center.
The teams were tied 10-10 after one quarter and 21-21 at halftime before Northwest pulled ahead by outscoring the Bulldogs 12-8 in the third quarter.
