Men's college basketball: Washburn 95, Central Missouri 78

The Central Missouri men’s basketball team missed a chance at winning the MIAA crown outright and earning the top seed for this week’s postseason tournament.

However, Washburn’s 95-78 win Saturday night in Topeka, Kan., allowed Fort Hays State to share the regular-season title with the Mules and receive the top seed for the tournament.
