The Missouri Mavericks, of Jefferson City, outscored Applewood Christian 18-6 in the final frame to win 53-49 on Friday at Applewood’s gym.

The Lady Mustangs (14-4) trailed 17-16 after one frame and led 29-27 after two and 43-35 after three.
