Boys prep basketball: Sweet Springs 62, Chilhowee 39

Jacob Schowengerdt erupted for 30 points Thursday night, and the top-seeded Sweet Springs Greyhounds beat Chilhowee 62-39 in the semifinals of the Leeton boys basketball tournament.

The Greyhounds held quarter leads of 13-8, 28-16 and 40-25.
