KANSAS CITY — Smith-Cotton can’t seem to get away from Harrisonville’s football juggernaut.

The Wildcats left the West Central Conference, but their jump to Class 4 football resulted in Smith-Cotton’s District 13 draw including Harrisonville, Warrensburg and Grain Valley, another traditional Class 3 powerhouse that’s moving up a class.
