The Knob Noster Lady Panthers outscored Carrollton 15-7 in the fourth quarter Thursday night to beat the Lady Trojans 36-31 in a Missouri River Valley Conference East girls basketball game at Carrollton.
In a back-and-forth game, Carrollton led 9-7 after one quarter, Knob Noster led 15-13 at halftime and Carrollton was ahead 24-21 after three quarters.
