College women's basketball: 4 Jennies in double figures as UCM defeats Missouri Western 75-55

ST. JOSEPH — Senior Renae Shippy scored a team-high 13 points and three other players reached double figures in Central Missouri’s 75-55 road win over Missouri Western on Wednesday night. The victory capped off a 4-1 road trip and moved UCM (19-6, 13-6 MIAA) into a tie for third in the MIAA standings with Emporia State.
UCM led the Griffons (6-19, 4-15 MIAA) from start to finish.
Nicole Caddell also scored 10 of her 12 points after halftime, cementing the victory. Brown and Taylor also finished with 12 points. Shaquanda Wiggins collected a game-high nine rebounds.
The Jennies will play their home finale at 1:30 p.m. Saturday against Truman State.
