Lady Roadrunners rally to beat Three Rivers

State Fair Community College overcame a three-point halftime deficit Saturday and rolled to an 81-72 win over Three Rivers in Poplar Bluff.
SFCC women’s basketball coach Darren Pannier said the Lady Roadrunners committed fewer turnovers, had a better shooting selection and controlled the defensive boards in the second half.
Brittany Young scored a team-high 20 points for SFCC. Maci Wisdom added 16.
Dahlia Booker posted a double-double for SFCC with 13 points and 14 rebounds.
Ciara Leak added 11 points, a team-high nine assists and two steals. Hattie Harris also scored 11 for the Lady Roadrunners, who improved to 21-2 overall and 6-1 in Region 16.
