Sanijay Watts scored a game-high 21 points Tuesday night to lead the University of Central Missouri men’s basketball team to an 86-51 season-opening win over Westminster in Warrensburg.
The Mules’ Bryce Brunz added 15 points in a reserve role. No Westminster play scored more than seven points.
Cole Camp native Kelsey Weymuth played six minutes for Westminster, delivering two assists.
The Mules led 48-26 at halftime.
