Two women seriously injured in Johnson accident
Madison M. Sparks, 19, of Sedalia, and Shyann S. Cole, 24, of Warrensburg, were seriously injured at 1:26 a.m. Thursday in a Johnson County accident. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Cole was driving west on U.S. Highway 50 near state Route CR 601 in a 2009 Audi when the vehicle traveled off the roadway, rolled and came to rest on the median. Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt. Cole was transported by Air Ambulance to Research Hospital in Kansas City and Sparks was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Research Hospital also.
Three from Gravois Mills hurt in Morgan accident
Three people, all of Gravois Mills, received minor injuries at 5:08 p.m. Thursday in a Morgan County accident, Dawn M. Farris, 54, Sterling H. Ferris, 63, and Gerald A. Halvorsen, 39. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Farris was driving a 2014 Nissan Rogue when she pulled out of a private driveway onto northbound state Highway 5 at Gravois Heights Road and into the path of a northbound 1996 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Halvorsen. Farris was transported by Mid Mo Emergency Medical Services to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. The others did not seek medical treatment. Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.

Leeton man hurt in Pettis accident
Zachary A. Snyder, 21, of Leeton, received minor injuries at 5 a.m. Friday in a Pettis County accident. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Snyder was driving south on state Highway 13 at County Road Southeast 11 in a 2004 Dodge when he ran off the left side of the road striking a ditch. Snyder was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported by a Johnson County Emergency Medical Services to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
