Arrests
June 18
12:53 p.m.: Arron C. Ray, 30, of the 2000 block of East 15th Street, was issued a summons after officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of East 14th Street in reference to a harassment report. The complainant said a neighbor threatened to kill him. A court summons was issued to Ray for public peace disturbance.
3:44 p.m.: Christopher L. Baker, 52, of Windsor, was arrested after a traffic stop in the area of Fifth Street and State Fair Boulevard for not using a turn signal. Dispatch stated the driver had a revoked driver's license out of Missouri and Baker was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail where he was booked and released.
4 p.m.: Donald C. Cunningham, 31, of Smithton received a summons after a traffic stop near the intersection of East Broadway Boulevard and East 12th Street in which a computer check of the driver showed his driver's license was suspended. Cunningham was issued a citation.
7:25 p.m.: Robert Paddon Bower, 36, of the 300 block of East Second Street was arrested after an officer conducted a warrant check in the 200 block of East 13th Street. The subject fled on foot as the officer arrived and was arrested after a brief foot pursuit. Bower had an active probation and parole warrant as well as three felony warrants out of Pettis County.
June 19
2:46 p.m.: Alberto Cano, 24, of the 600 block of North Stewart Avenue, was arrested after a traffic stop near the intersection of West Second Street and South Grand Avenue. A smell of marijuana caused a search of the vehicle where marijuana was found. Cano was arrested at the scene and taken to the Pettis County Jail to be booked and released.
8:47 p.m.: Arthur S. Prall, 51, of the 400 block of Buckner Court, was arrested after officers responded to West 16th Street near South Harrison Avenue for a subject check. Prall was located inside of Casey's and was highly intoxicated. He was placed under arrest for protective custody and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
June 20
2:37 a.m.: Paul A. Bogle, 46, of the 500 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested after a traffic stop in the 1600 block of South Limit Avenue for a vehicle that failed to maintain it’s lane. Bogle consented to a search of the vehicle where illegal drugs were located. He was arrested, transported to the Pettis County Jail, and charged with drug possession-other dangerous drugs.
8:36 a.m.: Brandon Pesqual Vasquez, 25, of the 300 block of North New York Avenue, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Tower Street in reference to a subject check. The caller said the subject was sleeping in their vehicle in the front yard. A computer check revealed an active warrant from Arkansas. Vasquez was placed under arrest and transported to the Pettis County Jail for a 24-hour hold pending State charges of fugitive from justice.
10:40 a.m.: Joshua L. Miller, 36, of Warsaw, was arrested after an officer responded to Tractor Supply Company in regard to found stolen property. Property was returned to the owner and a subject was arrested at the scene. The subject was in possession of controlled substances and a weapon and was taken to the Pettis County Jail to be booked and held for 24-hour pending charges of drug possession-other dangerous drug, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a concealable weapon, receiving stolen property, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Incidents
June 16
12:43 a.m.: A report of an alleged assault was taken at the Police Department lobby that occurred in the 400 block of West Seventh Street. It was reported to officers the subject was slapped in the arm by a known individual. The case is under investigation.
June 18
6:20 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 800 block of East 24th Street for a theft report. The victim stated that someone broke into his tool trailer and stole approximately $4,600 worth of tools.
8:53 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 1500 block of West Third Street for a theft report. The complainant stated someone pried open a door and gained entry to the concession stand. At the time of the report it was not known if anything was actually taken.
11:10 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to South Limit Avenue and West 16th Street for a report of a hit-and-run accident. The victim stated that a vehicle struck her vehicle then left the scene without leaving any of their information.
