Vietnam memorial turned over to county
Vietnam Veterans of Pettis County members, from left to right, Bill Messerli, Dave Dieckman, Jim Clark and Jim Gaertner pose in front of the Pettis County Vietnam Memorial on the south lawn of the Pettis County Courthouse. The men formally donated the memorial, as well as $8,309.50 in maintenance funds, to the county during a meeting with the Pettis County Commission on Tuesday.
