Sedalia Parks and Recreation employees, from right, Norman Lintz and Eric Franken work in a steady, cold north wind Wednesday as they attach old seat boards to the new tread and risers at Liberty Park Stadium. Almost half the stadium got new flooring and floor joists which had weakened and decayed over time. The historic stadium was built as a Works Progress Administration project in 1936-37.
