Mr. and Mrs. Ron Butler, of Jackson, Tennessee, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary with a surprise family reception hosted by their children.
Delores Lampher and Ron Butler were married June 27, 1948, at St. John United Church of Christ in Granite City, Illinois.
The couple have four children, Gail Cisco, of Holts Summit, Gary Butler, of Medina, Tennessee, Greg Butler, of Battle Ground, Washington, and Robin Banaka, of Sedalia; 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
