Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Thomas will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary March 13.
Darlene Oehrke and Ralph Thomas were married March 13, 1948, at Smithton United Methodist Church in Smithton.
Mr. Thomas is a retired farmer. Mrs. Thomas is a homemaker and she gave private piano lessons.
The couple has four children, Rodney (Melanie) Thomas, of Kearney, Karis (Mary Ann) Thomas, and Dwayne (Tina) Thomas, all of Sedalia, and Chris Thomas, of Altadena, California; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
