Ernie and Rachel Keele, of Sedalia, became the parents of a son, Franklin Marion Keele, born May 29, 2018, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia. He weighed 9 pounds, 6.9 ounces. Franklin has two siblings, Ava Keele, 7, and Ernie Keele Jr., 6. The grandparents are Charlotte Cooper and Roy and Joyce Keele, all of Sedalia.
