Kendrick-Brant wedding

Kyra Kendrick and Josh Brant, both of Sedalia, were married June 16, 2018, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sedalia. The bride is the daughter of Joe and Grace Kendrick, of Sedalia, The groom is the son of Dan and Monica Brant, of Sedalia.

Father Mark Miller conducted the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Morgan Fairfax was the maid of honor. Shelby Johnston, cousin of the bride, Courtney Johnston, cousin of the bride, and Danielle Brant, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids. Rosie Cecil, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.

Heather Garner, sister of the bride, and Addie Johnston, cousin of the bride, were candle lighters.

Tim Morris was the best man. Patrick Hanlon, Davey Fall and Keegan Kendrick, brother of the bride, were groomsmen. James Nichols, cousin of the groom, was the ring bearer. Ryan Morris, Alan Bankovich, Ben Bruemmer, cousin of the groom, and Thomas Bruemmer, cousin of the groom, were ushers.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents June 15 at the Katy Depot. A wedding reception was hosted June 16 at the Commercial Building on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.

The bride is a 2011 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She graduated in 2015 from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg with a bachelor’s degree. In 2017, she graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a master’s degree. She is a social worker for Sedalia School District 200.

The groom is a 2005 graduate of Sacred Heart School. He graduated in 2010 from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla. He is a manufacturing engineer at Gardner Denver in Sedalia.

The couple took a honeymoon trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

They live in Sedalia.
