Kendall Marie Walk, of Houstonia, and Joseph Austin Arnold, of Sedalia, were married June 16, 2018, at the Red Cedars Event Barn in Hughesville. The bride is the daughter of Darrin and Dana Walk, of Houstonia. The groom is the son of Kevin and Shelly Arnold, of Sedalia, and Kim Arnold, of Nevada, Missouri.
Chad McMullin conducted the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The maid of honor was Megan Walk, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Alix Norton, Alyssa Morrison, Sarah Edwards and Caitlin Alexander. The flower girl was Madeline Klein, cousin of the bride.
The best man was Jeff Freitas. Groomsmen were Josh Arnold, brother of the groom, Alex Drake, Michael Davis and Brian Keith. The ring bearer was Jackson Klein, cousin of the bride.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents June 15 at Red Cedars Event Barn in Hughesville. A wedding reception was hosted at the same venue June 16.
The bride is a 2014 graduate of Northwest High School in Hughesville. She graduated in 2017 from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. She is in graduate school pursuing a master’s degree in speech language pathology.
The groom is a 2013 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia. He graduated in 2018 from the Sedalia Fire Academy. He is a firefighter for the Sedalia Fire Department.
After a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple will live in Warrensburg.
