CITY OF SEDALIA, MISSOURI
NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: Dana Melton and Travis Dixon any other affiliated persons, unknown lessees or occupants.
You are hereby notified that a hearing will be held on your failure to abate a public nuisance located at 207 W Main St, Sedalia, MO 65301. Notice of this public nuisance was provided in the Notice of Dangerous Building letter dated 10/08/2025.
You may attend the hearing, and you may be represented by counsel. All parties shall have an opportunity to be heard and present such evidence as shall be relevant to a determination of:
1) Whether or not the building or structures involved are a public nuisance under the terms of this article;
2) Whether the procedures required by this article shall have been substantially followed;
3) Whether or not the abatement order of the dangerous building inspector was reasonable and within the standards of this article.
The hearing will be held in the first-floor Council Chambers of the City of Sedalia, Missouri, Municipal Building, 2nd and Osage, Sedalia, Missouri, on October 22, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
